In Asia, a great hire stops being luck.
Recruiting for international companies building teams in Korea. A place for candidates to understand the company and have their experience read before applying.

Founder of Signet
Jazz
Signet is led by Jazz, who served as Country Head in Korea for two US unicorn companies.
Having built teams and personally hired more than 100 people for his own teams, Jazz brings an operator’s judgment to recruiting. Signet finds candidates who fit the company’s business, growth stage and role, and explains why they are a strong match.
The founder’s experience building businesses
Experience running a business shapes how we assess a hire.
Building a first team in Korea
Jazz launched a US company’s new business in Korea and built its local team. He hired from the perspective of someone responsible for finding customers and running the business.
Taking the business into other markets
Jazz shared the Korea operating playbook with other markets and supported local General Manager and Account Executive hiring. The work each market needed was different.
At Signet, this experience informs a practical approach: clarify the work and expected outcomes with the company, assess a candidate’s experience against it, and explain the reasons for the match.
The change we want to make
A great hire leaves a reason we can learn from.
In ten years, every important hire in Asia has a record of why it worked.
Mission
When we take on a role, we stay with it to the finish and record what actually made the fit.
Each record makes the next hire sharper.
A company and a person have more to tell.
A job posting cannot tell you everything about a company’s work. A resume cannot capture everything a person has achieved.
Signet brings together public information about a company’s products, people and growth. Before an actual application, a member of the recruiting team reviews the candidate’s experience.
When a hire works, we want to record what made the fit so the next hire can be more informed.
For companies
- One point of contact.
- A network of 500 vetted recruiters.
- Every candidate we introduce is personally reviewed by a member of the recruiting team.
Jazz personally hired 100+ people for his own teams, from junior staff to senior leaders.
For candidates
- Only hear about roles worth considering.
- Your story is shared with a company only when you agree.
How we research companies
We use public employer announcements, filings, customer cases and job postings. Each chapter separates reported facts from Signet’s interpretation and links to its evidence.
The analysis date belongs to the written research. The live Korea role list comes from the public Signet catalog and shows its own retrieval and verification dates. A removed posting alone does not prove that someone was hired.
Looking for your next role
Get to know the company
Read about products, people and growth from public sources, and save the companies you like.
Signet reviews your resume first
Before you apply, a person reads it and gives you feedback. A mock application is never sent to the company.
Fix it and practice again
Use the feedback to polish your resume, then practice again on other roles with your credits.
Connected only when you agree
A company only hears about you if you agree. Applying for real is always your call.
