- Checks risk operations work every day to confirm it meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Owns quality assurance programs for the risk area and keeps evaluations accurate and consistent.
- Flags operational errors, process gaps, and system limits in monthly QA reports.
- Analyzes root causes, proposes fixes, and follows through until issues are resolved.
- Works with people across teams to improve operating quality, processes, and systems.
- Leads or supports projects aimed at raising quality.
What you need
- Has 5+ years of risk management experience in payments or financial services.
- Understands regulatory requirements, brand risk, credit risk, fraud, and dispute handling well.
- Has 1+ years of experience improving business processes.
- Speaks and writes fluently in both Mandarin and English.
Good to have
- Prior quality control or quality assurance experience is a plus.
