- Owns the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the payments platform, covering processing, routing, settlement, reconciliation, and partner integrations.
- Manages, coaches, and grows engineering managers and senior technical talent across multiple squads.
- Sets technical direction for mission critical payment systems and raises the bar on reliability, observability, security, and scalability.
- Sets clear OKRs, runs multiple concurrent initiatives, and holds teams accountable for high quality delivery.

What you need
- Has 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.
- Has managed engineering managers or leads while building high performing teams.
- Has partnered closely with product management to define roadmaps and priorities.
- Has deep technical fluency guiding architecture decisions for large scale distributed systems.
- Has worked in a regulated industry such as fintech, financial services, or payments where correctness and data integrity matter.
