- Build and lead Korea's operations team and processes for customer experience and local regulatory requirements.
- Run customer support and daily AML/compliance operations with the Compliance Manager.
- Improve transaction monitoring, KYC, name screening and payment/treasury operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects, define KPIs and use reports to improve efficiency and service quality.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent English and Korean.
- Leadership, stakeholder relationships, analytical problem-solving, process discipline and prioritization.
Good to have
- Global-environment, fintech/startup/fast-growing technology or top-tier strategy/management-consulting experience is preferred.
