Responsibilities
- Owns the full lifecycle of global employee equity, from grant to exercise to termination.
- Keeps equity processes accurate and consistent across multiple entities and regions.
- Works with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Total Rewards on equity documentation, approvals, and communications.
- Maintains equity data and reporting that meet audit and tax requirements.
- Supports major projects such as annual grants and liquidity programs.
- Finds ways to standardize and automate repetitive equity operations.
What you need
- Holds a degree in finance, business, or HR, or has equivalent practical experience.
- Has 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in global equity operations.
- Has administered equity programs such as RSUs or stock options across multiple entities or countries.
- Has processed and reconciled equity data using HRIS and equity management platforms.
Good to have
- Experience supporting equity operations at a pre-IPO or late-stage private company is a plus.
- Familiarity with global equity compliance structures such as trusts or EOR arrangements is a plus.
- Experience turning policy changes into workflows and system settings is a plus.
