- Turn business problems into AI agent solutions, owning the work end to end.
- Build and ship AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- Choose the right technique for the job among prompting, RAG, and fine-tuning.
- Design and refine agent architectures for reasoning, tool use, and automated workflows.
- Work with backend and frontend engineers to bring AI decision-making into products safely.
- Build evaluation and monitoring systems to keep AI agents properly governed.
What you need
- More than two years applying AI or ML engineering to systems running in production.
- Strong in Python, with experience in frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
- Has built and shipped AI agents or orchestration frameworks for real use cases.
- Understands how to monitor and improve AI systems that are already live.
- Able to weigh new ideas against reliability, scale, and compliance needs.
