Responsibilities
- Leads and grows Identity & User Security products centered on authorization and customer and security notifications.
- Sets the identity, authorization, and notification strategy and roadmap that moves company metrics across onboarding, daily use, and account recovery.
- Designs access and communication journeys that feel simple to customers while guarding against abuse and account takeover.
- Works with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and data science to build APIs and services that AI agents can safely use.
- Owns the global notification strategy, deciding what to notify, when, and through which channel, while managing risks like SMS pumping.
What you need
- Has 6+ years of product management experience leading complex platform, infrastructure, or B2B initiatives.
- Has deep technical fluency in APIs, services, and data pipelines and can go deep with engineers on architecture.
- Has worked in regulated industries like fintech, payments, or banking, or adapts quickly to complex regulatory environments.
- Defines metrics and runs self serve analysis with SQL and dashboards to drive decisions.
- Has led complex, cross functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, security, risk, compliance, operations, and design.
- Communicates technical and risk heavy topics clearly to engineers, executives, and external partners alike.
Good to have
- Has worked with identity or access security platforms such as IAM, authN/authZ, policy engines, or audit logging, or with large scale notification systems.
- Has experience in fraud prevention, security engineering, or risk.
- Has built APIs, SDKs, or shared components used by multiple product teams, including versioning and documentation.
- Understands abuse vectors like SMS pumping and phishing and designs mitigations balancing cost, deliverability, and security.
- Has shipped features at global scale across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
