Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Liquidity Platform, with safeguarding as the main focus.
- Build safeguarding automation that meets regulatory bars and keep the product logic current as rules shift.
- Find and fix structural gaps in safeguarding, covering buffer management, FX exposure, and interest income.
- Own the bank account roadmap end to end, from opening through changes and closure, and strengthen its data foundation.
- Build capabilities that catch and contain counterparty risk before it turns into a loss.
- Give Finance clear reporting and analytics on current cash positions and forecasts.
What you need
- Have 6+ years of total work experience, with a strong track record in product management across fintech, payments, treasury, or other regulated sectors.
- Have owned multi-quarter roadmaps in complex, cross-functional settings.
- Be able to convert rules, operations, and finance requirements into workable product solutions.
- Manage stakeholders well and speak convincingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bring strong analytical chops and daily use of data and AI tools.
- Hold a STEM bachelor's degree or higher with a strong academic record.
Good to have
- Background in liquidity management, safeguarding, treasury infrastructure, or counterparty risk is a plus.
- Time spent working with engineering, finance, compliance, or bank partners inside a regulated environment is a plus.
- Experience supporting launches across multiple markets with differing regulations is a plus.
