Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for regulatory reporting across multiple markets.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear product specs and system designs.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to get ahead of regulatory changes.
- Work with engineering and data teams to build automated reporting pipelines.
- Use SQL to validate reporting logic and catch data issues to protect accuracy.
- Act as the product point of contact during regulatory audits and reviews.
What you need
- 5 to 10 years of experience, with significant time spent as a product manager.
- Experience owning complex, data-intensive products from concept through launch.
- Deep understanding of regulatory reporting, financial reporting, compliance, or fintech infrastructure.
- Ability to query and validate large datasets directly using SQL.
- Experience working across compliance, risk, and finance teams.
Good to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or banking.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across APAC, EMEA, or the US.
- Experience building large-scale data platforms.
