Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend features and business logic across Salesforce and connected systems.
- Create integrations and APIs linking Salesforce, Marketo, and other go-to-market tools.
- Trace production issues back to their root cause and fix them for good.
- Raise the bar on code quality by shaping how the team reviews and tests its work.
- Design data structures that keep information flowing cleanly across systems.
- Use AI coding tools to move faster while checking that the results hold up.
What you need
- Studied computer science, engineering, or a similar subject at university.
- Has 5+ years in backend engineering, with at least 2 of those years on Salesforce.
- Can speak to trade-offs clearly with both technical and non-technical people.
- Knows modern integration patterns such as REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven design.
- Has folded AI coding tools into daily work and knows how to judge their output.
Good to have
- Time at a fast-growing tech company is a plus.
- Having built a large Salesforce setup spanning several offices is a plus.
