Responsibilities
- Build and operate highly available Kubernetes/cloud data and AI infrastructure.
- Scale streaming, batch and real-time workloads with Kafka, Spark or Flink.
- Evolve AI gateways, model routing, traffic, rate limits, identity, observability and usage controls.
- Provide safe self-service workload deployment and operation across teams.
- Turn new requirements into durable capabilities and improve reliability, scale and operational efficiency.
What you need
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering with end-to-end production ownership.
- Production Kubernetes design/operations/debugging and hands-on AWS, GCP or Azure. Based in Seoul, South Korea.
- Distributed data infrastructure such as Kafka/Spark/Flink, or AI gateways/model-routing infrastructure.
- Cloud/container DNS, load balancing, ingress, discovery, TLS, routing and security.
- Maintainable Go, Python or Java software and availability, consistency, fault tolerance, backpressure and horizontal scaling.
- Critical IaC, automated delivery and observability; systematic multi-layer debugging, collaboration and underlying problem ownership.
Good to have
- Internal developer platforms and paved-road workflows serving multiple teams.
- SGLang, vLLM, Triton; GPU scheduling, batching, parallelism, memory, autoscaling and inference optimization.
- Large-scale processing/inference cost efficiency and infrastructure/Kubernetes/AI-serving open source.
