- Design, build, and run reliable services that power lending and credit products.
- Build secure, scalable, well documented APIs that let clients embed credit products easily.
- Lead design reviews, advise on architecture, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Champion resilient distributed systems design and strong engineering practices.
- Build automated testing, code review, and monitoring practices that keep the platform stable.
What you need
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience with modern practices and continuous integration.
- Have 2+ years as a technical lead, mentoring engineers and driving engineering strategy.
- Have experience building backend systems with Java, Kotlin, or Spring.
- Have extensive experience designing and building REST APIs.
- Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
Good to have
- Have applied domain driven design or event driven architecture in production.
- Have designed and run high throughput, low latency distributed systems.
- Are familiar with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Have experience with a SaaS product offered as a platform.
