Background in technical program management, operations strategy, solutions ops, or PMO work at a B2B software or fintech company.
Consulting experience, especially solving cross-functional problems or designing operating models.
Experience building or scaling reporting rhythms, cadences, or backlog systems across global teams.
Understanding of Salesforce-based delivery processes and go-live readiness.
Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or builder programs that turn field issues into reusable tools.
