Responsibilities
- Plan out and set up the cloud infrastructure behind new services and items on the roadmap.
- Work closely with development teams to raise reliability, performance, and operational readiness.
- Lead incident response, monitoring, and automation across key systems.
- Take ownership of the team's SLOs, its runbooks, and the metrics that track DevOps performance.
- Work with the central DevOps and security teams to keep systems compliant and resilient.
What you need
- Has seven or more years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in an area such as computer science or software engineering.
- Is skilled with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, monitoring, and incident response.
- Can lead SRE strategy for large, cross-team projects.
Good to have
- Experience in fintech or another regulated industry is a plus.
- Being familiar with streaming data, analytics pipelines, or systems built for financial data counts as a plus.
