- Find and lead the fix for company-wide problems using the data platform.
- Set technical direction for the data organization and dive into hard problems hands-on.
- Champion good engineering practices across the data platform.
- Mentor data platform team members on both technical and career growth.
What you need
- Have 8+ years of experience in data platform work or an equivalent quantitative field.
- Have led initiatives across multiple teams or shaped technical roadmaps.
- Have provided technical leadership on ETL frameworks, metrics stores, or data security.
- Have built and run large-scale, multi-region data pipelines.
- Be familiar with orchestration tools like Airflow or DBT.
Good to have
- Hands-on design experience with modern Lakehouse architecture is a plus.
- Experience building frameworks or services with big data tools like GCP, Databricks, Kafka, Kubernetes, or Spark is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly with audiences from executives to practitioners is a plus.
