Responsibilities
- Owns data center projects from planning through completion.
- Manages scope, cost, schedule, and quality across several new construction and expansion projects at once.
- Directly oversees contractor work and safety on site and manages changes.
- Handles design questions and works with design engineers to resolve them technically.
- Deals with authorities and utility providers on contracts, cost changes, and permits.
- Coordinates with engineering, network, security, operations, finance, and procurement teams to keep the project aligned.
What you need
- Holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Has 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
- Can communicate at a working level in both Korean and English.
Good to have
- 5+ years managing projects in data centers or similarly critical facilities is a plus.
- Knowing key data center equipment well is a plus.
- Knowing building codes and safety standards well is a plus.
