Responsibilities
- Measures facility operating performance and writes reports on it.
- Oversees on site technicians and contractors to make sure work follows procedure.
- Manages the relationship with colocation vendors and confirms facilities run to contract terms.
- Runs and maintains core electrical and mechanical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS, and cooling equipment.
- Plans data center capacity and produces related reports.
- Manages assets and inventory and handles related purchasing.
What you need
- Has 4+ years of experience in data centers or similar mission critical facilities.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical area.
- Speaks fluent Korean and business level English.
Good to have
- Knows data center electrical systems such as substations, transformers, UPS, and batteries.
- Knows data center mechanical systems such as chillers, cooling towers, and air handlers.
