What you will do

Responsibilities
- Takes tickets on system and network hardware problems and resolves the root cause.
- Troubleshoots issues on Linux servers and the virtualization environment.
- Manages data center facilities, including power and cooling, on 24-hour shift rotations.
- Installs and configures racks and equipment to spec, and physically replaces faulty gear.
- Works with outside vendors and contractors to resolve issues.
What you need
- Has 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
- Has a basic understanding of data center facilities.
- Has hands-on experience administering Linux/Unix servers and troubleshooting hardware.
Good to have
- Data center operations experience is a plus.
- Network certifications such as CCENT, CCNA, or Network+ are a plus.
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl are a plus.
- Project coordination or management experience is a plus.
- Fluency in both Korean and English is a plus.
