Responsibilities
- Prepare space, power, and cabling for server rack installs and support checks before and after installation.
- Carry out regular safety inspections and report any issues found.
- Handle receiving and inventory of supplies and basic facility upkeep.
- Coordinate schedules with facility maintenance vendors.
- Support administrative work such as managing operational documents and meeting schedules.
What you need
- Have 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.
- Have 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- Hold an associate's degree in a related field such as computer science or networking.
- Can safely handle equipment up to 18kg using assistive tools.
Good to have
- Have day to day level English communication skills for reading, writing, and speaking.
