- Leads the Solutions Architect organization in Korea, covering customers across multiple industries.
- Builds and maintains strategic relationships with executives such as CEOs and CTOs at key accounts.
- Works with sales teams to build business plans and expand AWS adoption.
- Identifies and develops leaders within the organization and recruits top talent.
- Manages the organization through monthly metrics reviews and weekly and annual business planning.
What you need
- Has 20+ years of experience in internet-related technology or IT.
- Has 10+ years of experience managing managers.
- Has led large architecture or engineering organizations.
- Has experience with large-scale systems integration spanning on-premises and public cloud.
- Speaks native-level Korean and business-level English.
Good to have
- Has hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Holds a master's degree in computer science, management information systems, or an MBA.
- Has management experience across global organizations.
- Has built and delivered complex keynote presentations.
- Holds an AWS professional-level certification.
