Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for the Korea Professional Services practice, driving revenue growth and building teams.
- Lead Account Executives and Cloud Architects, with dotted-line oversight of Practice Managers and Delivery Consultants.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and act as sponsor for key projects.
- Coach and develop the team to build a high-performing culture.
- Build partner relationships with SIs, software vendors, and managed service providers.
- Make sure custom projects for customers are carried through properly.
What you need
- Experience working with SIs and consulting firms to drive sales.
- Experience managing relationships with executive-level customers.
- 15+ years in IT professional services or management consulting, including senior leadership experience owning a P&L.
- Third-level management experience leading professional services teams.
- Experience designing and operating the way cloud and AI consulting work gets delivered.
Good to have
- Experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects.
- Experience implementing AWS services across a variety of distributed computing environments.
