Responsibilities
- Build trusted technical relationships with customers to help them adopt GenAI, ML, and agentic technologies.
- Advise customers on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Relay customer needs internally to help shape the AWS product roadmap.
- Design cloud-native AI architecture patterns for a range of use cases.
- Create technical content such as whitepapers, blog posts, and workshops, and share best practices.
- Lead technical workshops and deep dives, contributing reusable code and reference architectures.
What you need
- 5+ years designing and implementing production AI systems.
- Experience implementing AI solutions such as LLM integration, fine-tuning, RAG, foundation model evaluation, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystems such as Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker.
- Experience communicating technical content across audiences and influencing decision makers.
Good to have
- Experience leading complex projects toward scalable, operationally efficient outcomes.
- Experience leading a team or org-wide initiative with only partially defined objectives.
- A master's degree or PhD in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or machine learning.
- Experience fine-tuning language models using techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA, instruction tuning, and RLHF.
- Experience architecting AI systems for regulated or security-sensitive environments such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
