Responsibilities
- Builds and owns trade compliance processes across the APAC region.
- Works across teams to guide customs and import/export matters.
- Supports trade classification work for products.
- Tracks regulatory changes across countries and alerts stakeholders.
- Creates procedures and training materials and shares them across the org.
- Drives ongoing process improvements based on data.
What you need
- Has 7+ years of direct experience in customs and trade compliance in APAC.
- Has 5+ years handling import/export customs clearance and escalations in APAC.
- Has 3+ years using technology to drive process improvements.
Good to have
- Has experience at a government or regulatory agency.
- Has relevant legal or technical experience.
- Holds a master's degree.
- Holds a customs brokerage license.
