- Synthesize test-vehicle objectives.
- Own and drive the project schedule.
- Lead post-silicon test-vehicle reviews.
- Derive test plans including flow and equipment.
- Acquire hardware and build V93K/Advantest test flows.
- Debug complex hardware and software issues.
- Build and introduce new test capabilities and methods.
- Analyze and publish data for decision-makers.
What you need
- Bachelor’s or master’s in electrical, computer, manufacturing engineering or a related technical field.
Good to have
- Similar-role experience, particularly ATPG, BIST and advanced technology.
- Capability to develop and enhance test capability.
- Direct Advantest/V93K and MCC BI Systems (HPB5) experience.
