Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions with account executives.
- Advise Korean enterprises from discovery and evaluation through deployment; support Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Present technical and business content to engineers, IT teams and executives.
- Design integrations and evaluation frameworks, share recurring patterns with Product and Engineering, and stay current on LLM implementation.
- Visit customers occasionally for workshops and technical discussions.
What you need
- Have customer-facing technical experience such as solutions architecture, sales engineering or technical account management.
- Have native-level Korean and business-level English.
- Understand enterprise buying cycles and explain technical requirements to business and technical stakeholders, including executives.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience in a field relevant to the role.
- The hybrid policy expects at least 25% office attendance; some roles require more.
Good to have
- 5+ years of relevant experience; scalable cloud architecture and enterprise integration experience.
- Comfort with Python; familiarity with LLM tools or an ML/data science background.
- Cross-team collaboration, mentoring, clear communication and interest in safe, beneficial AI.
