Responsibilities
- Turns customer needs into technical solutions by working closely with account executives across Japan.
- Acts as the main technical advisor for enterprise customers in Japan through their Claude adoption journey.
- Helps customers build with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Creates technical content for different audiences, from engineering deep dives to executive conversations.
- Guides architecture decisions so customers can integrate Claude into their existing systems.
- Helps customers design their own way to measure how well Claude performs for them.
What you need
- Has worked in a customer-facing technical role, such as a solutions architect, a sales engineer, or someone managing technical accounts.
- Has native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Has worked with enterprise customers through complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
Good to have
- Has five or more years of relevant experience.
- Has designed scalable cloud architectures.
- Is comfortable working with Python.
- Is familiar with LLM tooling, or comes from a machine learning or data science background.
