Responsibilities
- Support the partnerships team and embed with GSI and cloud technical teams to develop AI practices, troubleshoot and handle technical escalations.
- Build industry-specific joint solutions, reference architectures and deployment practices.
- Provide architecture guidance to unblock strategic customer deals delivered through partners.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, workshops, developer sessions and hackathons.
- Gather partner feedback on products and deployment patterns for the product roadmap.
What you need
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience in a field relevant to the role.
- The hybrid policy expects at least 25% office attendance; some roles require more.
Good to have
- 5+ years in customer- or partner-facing technical work such as solutions architecture, sales engineering or technical account management.
- A record of working with GSIs or cloud providers from design through customer delivery; scalable cloud and enterprise integration experience.
- Clear technical presentations and communication with executives, engineering and IT teams.
- Familiarity with LLM tools or an ML/data science background; collaboration, mentoring and interest in safe AI.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
