Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor for prospective Japan customers evaluating Claude.
- Show how Claude solves real business problems through system architecture and prompting.
- Partner with account executives to understand customer needs and build pilots and eval suites.
- Advise on setup, architecture, and integration to drive customer decisions.
- Propose solutions to technical roadblocks.
- Support customers technically from initial onboarding through live operation.
What you need
- Has worked before as a technical product manager, a forward-deployed engineer, or a platform engineer.
- Native level Japanese and business level English.
- Strong Python skills and able to work technically with engineers.
Good to have
- Four or more years of relevant experience.
- Recent experience building production systems with large language models.
- Able to navigate ambiguity across different domains to find simple solutions.
- Strong communication skills that make complex topics easy to understand for varied audiences.
