Responsibilities
- Own Korea SI and reseller relationships, including onboarding, billing, contracts and escalations.
- Manage deal registration, conflicts and end-customer reporting; forecast quarterly partner revenue and attach targets.
- Negotiate resale terms with the central program team and Legal; co-sell with local account teams.
- Develop partner business plans, executive relationships, certification and Korean-language enablement.
- Coordinate AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure relationships and marketplace private offers.
- Build local channel processes, program governance and margin handling; conduct partner reviews and QBRs.
- Plan partner co-marketing with Channel Marketing, including qualifying MDF-funded campaigns, webinars and events.
What you need
- Have enterprise software or cloud channel/reseller relationship experience and experience with large Korean SIs or managed service providers.
- Understand Korean enterprise, public-sector and financial-services partner selling, deal registration and partner tiers.
- Have full professional Korean and professional working English, spoken and written; deliver partner training in Korean.
- Build processes in a new program and support Anthropic’s safe AI mission.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience in a field relevant to the role.
- The hybrid policy expects at least 25% office attendance; some roles require more.
Good to have
- Cloud marketplace resale, especially AWS private offers or AWS partner experience.
- Partner margin and rebate mechanics, program launch or formalization experience, and experience on both vendor and SI/MSP sides.
- Understanding how Korean enterprises and public-sector organizations evaluate and adopt AI.
