Responsibilities
- Win and expand Korean banking, insurance, asset-management and fintech accounts through full-cycle enterprise sales.
- Develop territory plans and consult with transformation, risk, compliance, IT and business executives.
- Navigate FSS review, data residency, model risk and financial-sector security and compliance.
- Coordinate product, engineering, Applied AI, partnerships and Legal; track Korean finance and AI regulation.
What you need
- Direct experience navigating Financial Supervisory Service requirements and review processes is explicitly required.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience in a field relevant to the role.
- The hybrid policy expects at least 25% office attendance; some roles require more.
Good to have
- 8+ years of Korean enterprise sales with substantial financial-services exposure.
- Understand financial institutions’ technology decisions, regulators, risk/compliance and IT governance.
- Complex multi-stakeholder sales, rigorous security review and revenue-target achievement in FSI.
- Excellent Korean and English communication and interest in safely deployed AI.
