Responsibilities
- Meet customers early in the sales process to gather requirements and explain the technology.
- Design concrete solutions tailored to prospective clients.
- Take part in delivering select embedded Linux projects.
- Feed market requirements back internally, and help refine solutions that work across many customers.
- Act as both the customer's advocate and a trusted technical advisor for the company.
What you need
- Speaks Mandarin fluently and can travel to China on a regular basis.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Has extensive experience with Linux, ideally Debian or Ubuntu.
- Has worked with distribution packaging such as deb or rpm.
- Has hands on embedded Linux experience with tools such as Yocto or Buildroot.
- Is fluent in at least one of Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
Good to have
- Experience working directly with customers is a plus.
