- Answers team members' questions and handles requests about employment, contracts, and onboarding.
- Maintains the HRIS accurately and promptly, processing changes and new hires.
- Owns global projects such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
- Handles new hire processing, including country-specific onboarding documents, file creation, and systems setup.
- Supports benefits enrollment and payroll processing, delivering accurate data on time each month.
- Runs regular audits of employment files and systems to keep them current and GDPR compliant.
What you need
- Has a track record of strong achievement in high school and university.
- Communicates well, both verbally and in writing.
- Can prioritize a complex workload and manage time under pressure.
- Is honest and trustworthy enough to handle confidential data.
- Can travel about four times a year for internal events.
Good to have
- Has internship experience in HR, ideally in the technology industry.
