- Uses AI tools to produce templates at scale without losing cultural relevance.
- Manages quality of creator-submitted templates with the review team.
What you need
- Has worked in visual, graphic, or brand design roles that spanned both digital and print marketing.
- Has a solid foundation in illustration, typography, color, and layout.
- Delivers polished work on deadline with the end user in mind.
- Has given other designers clear feedback before.
- Has coordinated or guided a small group of designers.
Good to have
- Has used Canva before, making it easier to ramp up quickly.
