Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and design solutions around customer objectives and technical requirements.
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations, technical briefings and best-practice guidance for Search and Exposure Management.
- Help prospects deploy, test and troubleshoot supported integrations during proof of value.
- Compare Censys with incumbent and competing tools to demonstrate customer value and achieve technical validation.
- Maintain current product knowledge and represent customer needs in the product roadmap.
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering across multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Assist customers after purchase with onboarding, ticket handling and regular communication.
- Collect feedback and feature requests and help customers understand and use the solution.
What you need
- The posting requests a technical and consulting-services background, with an ability to assess prospect needs and propose value.
- Bilingual Korean and conversational English are requested.
- Customer orientation, problem solving, curiosity, learning and empathy with security practitioners are requested.
- The role is based in Seoul and reports to Director, Technical Services, APJ.
- Video-interview cameras must remain on. An in-person meeting may be required; an Ann Arbor onboarding visit may be offered.
- Candidates receiving an offer are asked to complete identity verification through CLEAR.
Good to have
- Comprehensive understanding of SOC and AI is highly desirable.
