Responsibilities
- Owns and manages a portfolio of enterprise, government, and partner accounts across APJ.
- Serves as the primary post-sale technical advisor for customers.
- Leads onboarding and adoption, including integration and architecture planning.
- Helps customers use the Censys API and integrations like Splunk, Jira, and ServiceNow, and troubleshoots issues.
- Builds success plans for each customer and runs regular business reviews.
- Spots churn risk early and works with account executives on renewals and expansion.
What you need
- 3+ years in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS.
- Experience working with customers across APJ and an understanding of the region's markets.
- Solid grasp of computer networking and how the internet works.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP and of security technology.
- Fluent in English.
Good to have
- That experience was in cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or networking.
- Speaks an additional APJ language such as Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Bahasa.
- Experience working with SOC, threat intelligence, or vulnerability management teams.
- Scripting or programming experience, such as Python, and familiarity with REST APIs.
- Experience with government or regulated-industry customers, or with channel partner models.
