Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of each customer engagement, moving from discovery and investigation into solution design, rollout, and enablement.
- Meet with customers to learn their investigative or compliance goals and shape those goals into concrete outcomes.
- Build and maintain custom workflows, dashboards, queries, and data models built on top of Chainalysis products.
- Coach customers until they can run the solution on their own.
- Run hands-on training sessions, demos, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings.
- Provide technical support during the sales process on complex, high-stakes deals.
What you need
- Speaks and writes Mandarin.
- Has either run or played a supporting role in crypto asset investigations, blockchain intelligence efforts, or the analysis of financial crime.
- Knows blockchain ecosystems such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, and DeFi, and how on-chain data gets used in investigations.
- Can use Python and SQL for data analysis and building workflows.
- Has depth in at least one domain such as financial or cyber crime investigation, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, or DeFi security.
