Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, architecture, demonstrations and PoC success criteria with account executives.
- Guide onboarding and deployment architecture, monitoring adoption and risk; customer, partner or services teams execute implementation.
- Carry a variable quota for new business or account growth; lead customer reviews and expansion.
- Automate routine technical work with AI and build reusable technical guidance.
What you need
- Customer-facing technical experience; required years vary by associate, senior, staff or principal level.
- Design enterprise network/security architectures and explain technical choices to engineers and executives.
- Demonstrated quota-carrying or revenue-aligned work, SaaS/business reasoning and enterprise sales knowledge.
- Deep skills in at least four of six areas: Internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI proficiency, coding/scripting and developer platforms.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
- Seoul or Singapore; customer and team travel may reach 20% to 50%.
- An offer may require export-control authorization; finalists may be asked to attend an in-person interview at an office or hub.
Good to have
- Technical workshops, code samples, documentation or developer onboarding are strongly preferred.
- LLM orchestration, RAG/model access controls and PCI DSS, HIPAA or SOC 2 knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Hyperscaler, digital-native, distributed-systems or startup backgrounds are strongly valued.
