What you will do

Lead technical discovery with account executives and map customer infrastructure needs to Cloudflare architectures.
Define scope and success criteria for PoCs and technical validations, and deliver tailored demos and architecture materials.
Design and guide customer migrations and rollouts step by step so they see value quickly.
Own a quota tied to expansion and renewal, and lead quarterly business reviews.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the customer lifecycle and advise on architecture and security.
Use AI agents and internal tools to cut routine work and spend more time on customer advisory.

Brings 7+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing positions, including professional services, customer engineering, or solutions engineering roles.
Ability to design and whiteboard complex enterprise network and security architectures.
Experience operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned role.
Deep technical knowledge in at least four of: internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI, coding, or developer platforms.

A track record of building and delivering technical enablement materials such as workshops or code samples.
