What you will do

Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to surface customer needs and prepare matching architectures, demos, and PoCs.
- Stay with the customer past signing, continuing as technical advisor through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Own the long term technical relationship so the customer's direction and the product roadmap stay aligned.
- Carry a revenue target, grow adoption and cross sell, and lead quarterly business reviews.
- Use AI agents to automate repeat work such as RFP responses and sandbox setup.
What you need
- Has experience in a customer facing technical role such as solutions engineering or sales engineering.
- Has broad understanding of web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
- Is bilingual in English and Cantonese to support customers in Hong Kong.
- Has directly owned and met a revenue target before.
Good to have
- Experience with Cloudflare's developer platform and AI ecosystem, particularly Workers AI and AI Gateway, is a plus.
- Understanding prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architecture is a plus.
- Being able to write scripts or integration code in Python or JavaScript is a plus.
