Responsibilities
- Embed in the customer team and make hands-on changes under its tools and change-management process.
- Design, configure and optimize solutions; build prototypes and scripts and troubleshoot live problems.
- Produce architecture and migration artifacts, run workshops and document knowledge for handoff.
- Bring customer feedback to engineering and product and coordinate account strategy with commercial teams.
What you need
- 15+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Recognized expertise in applications or network infrastructure and a record of leading complex enterprise engagements.
- Mentoring/workshops, expert networking fundamentals and hands-on implementation and troubleshooting skills.
- Manage competing priorities and scope complex projects; communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Enterprise-customer experience in APJC, ideally Korea, including regional compliance and business context.
- An offer may require export-control authorization; finalists may be asked to attend an in-person interview at an office or hub.
Good to have
- Infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform and scripting such as Python, JavaScript or Bash are highly desirable.
- Regulated-industry or legacy migrations; CISSP, CCIE, AWS, GCP, Azure or equivalent certifications.
- Agile, enterprise change management and prior Cloudflare-product experience.
