Responsibilities
- Embed inside enterprise engineering teams to drive real adoption of Devin, owning the outcome and not just the rollout.
- Design and build agent-based workflows spanning engineering, QA, support, data, and product.
- Run hands-on programs such as workshops and pair-programming sessions for enterprise teams.
- Walk customers through installing, configuring, and tuning Devin and related tools like DeepWiki and MCP integrations.
- Pair-program on live production issues to show high-value usage patterns and speed up adoption.
- Track productivity metrics and turn results into numbers that justify expanding Devin's footprint.
What you need
- Holds a STEM degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years of coding experience as a software engineer, technical consultant, or solutions engineer in a similar role.
- Can explain complex technical topics to a range of audiences.
- Can point to real technical-adoption wins and measurable impact delivered inside engineering teams.
- Understands that strong customer relationships translate into revenue, and works accordingly.
Good to have
- Has led developer enablement or internal AI adoption efforts with before-and-after numbers to show for it.
- Has taken LLM-based or agent systems live in a production environment before.
- Has founded or joined an early-stage startup before.
