Responsibilities
- Works with customer leadership to set and quantify targets for productivity and financial impact.
- Partners with Cognition's account team to keep the overall customer program running smoothly.
- Gives both the customer and Cognition visibility into playbook adoption and value metrics.
- Oversees onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers.
- Supports customer executives and teams with analysis and program management for value realization.
- Builds centers of excellence within accounts through tailored enablement programs.
What you need
- Studied computer science or electrical engineering.
- Has software engineering experience as an intern or full time.
- Spent 3-5 years at a top-3 strategy consulting firm on value realization and technology strategy, with a track record of building client relationships.
- Moves and learns quickly in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Good to have
- Has been part of complex enterprise teams managing account sourcing and growth.
- Has worked as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or technical account manager.
- Has founded a startup or worked early at a high-growth startup.
