Responsibilities
- Own technical work across deployment and activation so customers successfully use Devin.
- Understand customer technical problems and identify productive Devin use cases; lead demos and pilots during pre-sales.
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams, integrate the product and activate users to increase adoption.
- Build requested features directly when possible and advocate for customer needs.
- Use customer feedback and product judgment to shape the roadmap; create ongoing training and enablement for large engineering rollouts.
What you need
- A degree in a STEM field.
- A proven record of successful enterprise deployments in go-to-market or forward-deployed engineering roles.
- Relationship building and communication about complex technical topics with customers across roles and seniority levels.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change, moving quickly and expanding scope and responsibility.
- Demonstrated exceptional learning ability.
Good to have
