Responsibilities
- Own end to end recruiting for GTM roles such as sales and marketing across Japan and Singapore.
- Build deep talent maps across enterprise software, AI, developer tools, and cloud.
- Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview process, and candidate profile.
- Source and build relationships with strong passive candidates and close them.
- Analyze pipeline quality, conversion, and hiring risk and share findings with leadership.
What you need
- Experience recruiting GTM talent at high growth technology companies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, or developer tools markets.
- Experience hiring in Japan and other markets.
- Able to write and speak in both Japanese and English.
Good to have
- Experience building early GTM teams in new international markets.
- Experience recruiting for frontier AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software companies.
- Experience partnering with regional GMs, sales VPs, or founding country leaders.
