Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling across APAC, Japan, and MENA, juggling multiple time zones.
- Act as the main point of contact for international candidates from first contact through offer.
- Keep candidate status accurate and up to date in the ATS.
- Support onboarding for new hires in MENA and APAC and work with local partners on it.
- Maintain regional recruiting and HR data and help track compliance.
- Pull together operational metrics such as time to hire and report on them.
What you need
- Holds a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- Has 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or operations.
- Communicates well in English, both written and spoken.
- Has worked with ATS and HRIS platforms before.
Good to have
- Has experience working across multiple regions or time zones.
- Has used Ashby or a similar ATS.
