Responsibilities
- Leads full-cycle GTM recruiting spanning Singapore and the broader APAC region.
- Builds detailed talent maps across enterprise software, AI, developer tools, cloud and infrastructure.
- Works with hiring managers to set role requirements, calibration, interview process and candidate profile.
- Sources and engages strong passive candidates and closes them directly.
- Reports pipeline quality, conversion, pay signals and hiring risk to leadership using data.
- Works with international talent leadership to raise the bar across APAC hiring.
What you need
- Has experience recruiting GTM talent at high growth technology companies.
- Understands enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools and cloud markets well.
- Has hired across APAC markets such as Singapore, Australia, Japan, Korea or India.
- Has closed strong candidates who had other offers on the table.
- Can push back on and advise stakeholders with confidence.
- Communicates clearly in speech and writing.
Good to have
- Has helped build early GTM teams in new international markets.
- Has recruited for frontier AI, developer tools, infrastructure or enterprise software companies.
- Has partnered with regional GMs, sales VPs or founding country leaders.
