Responsibilities
- Win new enterprise revenue and expand existing accounts across Search, Observability and Security.
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Elastic’s technical value with complex customer data challenges.
- Explain cloud economics, usage-based pricing and modern data architectures.
- Champion open source while selling commercial features and identify new use cases.
- Build and execute territory plans with community, customer and partner engagement.
- Manage complex sales cycles; qualify pain, impact, budget and decision criteria using MEDDPICC.
- Work with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to deliver customer outcomes.
What you need
- A record of overachievement in enterprise SaaS subscription sales.
- Technical curiosity, value-based selling and resilience, with measurable business-outcome storytelling.
- Executive-level negotiation of contracts and pricing.
- Technical fluency in security, observability, search and cloud, and credibility with developers and executives.
- Accurate forecasts, close plans and CRM discipline, plus cross-functional alignment.
- Use AI to improve performance and deal structuring, with enthusiasm for open source.
- Fluency in English is required. The posting locates the role at WeWork Gangnam Station2 in Seoul.
Good to have
- Open-source or developer-focused infrastructure company experience is a bonus.
- An observability background in logs, metrics and traces, or security analytics in SIEM/XDR, is a bonus.
