Responsibilities
- Finds and grows new AI sales opportunities across Korean enterprise accounts.
- Works with account executives to engage senior business and IT leaders on AI needs.
- Turns customer business challenges into generative AI and agentic AI use cases.
- Builds AI business cases with ROI and a transformation roadmap to support the pitch.
- Partners with solution consultants, AI specialists, and customer success teams from discovery through workshops, validation, and contracting.
- Manages and forecasts a pipeline against revenue targets.
What you need
- Has 8+ years of enterprise technology or software sales or business development experience.
- Has sold AI, generative AI, cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
- Has sold to C-level executives and senior IT decision makers.
- Has a track record of creating new opportunities rather than only managing existing accounts.
- Has led complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Can present and negotiate in both Korean and English.
Good to have
- Has worked in customer experience, contact center, or CRM front office domains.
- Has sold AI solutions through cloud, SaaS, CRM, or contact center channels.
- Understands conversational AI, virtual agents, agentic AI, or voice AI.
- Has existing relationships with executives at major Korean enterprises.
- Has built AI transformation strategies or led workshops and pilots.
