Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation with customers and partners to show the platform fits their needs.
- Own the technical evaluation process end to end, including solution design, PoC or PoV work, and workshop design.
- Work with account executives and the regional team to build and run strategies for new and expanding accounts.
- Build relationships from hands-on practitioners to decision makers so they become platform advocates.
- Advise customers on modern development practices such as CI/CD, security, and cloud.
- Feed field insights and competitive intel back to product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
What you need
- Experience in technical pre-sales or consulting, working directly with customers on solution design and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab or a comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platform.
- Working knowledge of cloud computing concepts, able to discuss deployment, security, and operations with technical teams.
- Fluent Mandarin, able to engage stakeholders from executives to end users across the Singapore and Taiwan markets.
