Responsibilities
- Lead budgets, forecasts and three-year planning, departmental variance and cost analysis, closing and investment/resource models.
- Build performance dashboards and monitor procedures, system placements, utilization, productivity and commercial metrics.
- Support customer ROI, benchmarking and business cases, and advise Korea leadership and Commercial teams using analytical insights.
- Coordinate Corporate/APAC financial reporting, improve automation and Tableau tools, and ensure consistent, accurate data.
- Partner across Marketing and enabling teams on strategy, cross-functional projects and process improvement.
What you need
- At least seven years in FP&A, business planning, commercial/sales analytics, consulting or related work.
- Financial modeling, analysis, problem solving and experience with regional/global matrix stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, large datasets and BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, Anaplan or Power BI.
- Communication, stakeholder management and independent work in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in Korean and English.

- Supporting commercial organizations and business leaders.
- Healthcare, devices, life sciences, technology or consulting industry experience.
- Dashboard/BI/analytical-tool development and customer-facing analysis or business consulting.
